Tedder, Tax Collector is proud to announce that CIO, Terri-Anne Crawford has been recognized by Info-Tech Research Group, a leading IT research and advisory firm, as a 2021 Info-Tech CIO Awards winner. This will be the second year in a row that Terri-Anne Crawford has received this recognition.
Terri joined the Tax Collector’s Office in February 2012 and will be retiring on December 31, 2021. She directed leadership in the areas of Information Technologies Support Services, Application Development and Project Management. Under Terri’s direction, the IT department continuously delivered business value to the organization through the development of systems that improved employee performance and customer service. These systems are instrumental in providing discreet data to the Business Intelligence program, providing information to support decisions that improve the customer experience and gain operational efficiencies. In addition to a historical view, real-time dashboards allow the leadership team to see operational measures and respond immediately. In the last year, the team has deployed dozens of infrastructure and security improvements while also implementing an entirely new Cloud Hosted Tax & Accounting System. The organizations vision is to Change the Public Perception of Government; Terri and her IT team strived to support this vision with every endeavor.
My team continues to perform at a high level and with an outstanding commitment to provide value and to improve the experience for our customers and the people who use the systems we deploy. It has been a challenging year, but the IT team has risen to the challenges at every turn. I am so honored to receive this award for the second year in a row, but the accolades truly go to the entire team and the organizations commitment to the vision and mission.
