Payment Methods & Mailing Addresses

Credit Cards

Tax Collector's Office customers can use Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Visa is also accepted at the Tax Collector's Office, but may not be accepted by all online services affiliated with the Tax Collector's Office.

NOTE: No convenience fee is charged for regular online and mail-in vehicle registration renewals. Also, convenience fees are not charged for online local business tax receipt renewal transactions. New online specialty tag orders, non-scheduled online tag changes and walk-in credit card transactions are not regular online transactions and in such cases a convenience fee is charged. Presently, convenience fees are also charged for all property tax payments and walk-in local business tax payments. When a convenience fee is charged, the customer agrees, prior to finalizing their transaction, to pay a convenience fee to process the specified payment.

However a convenience fee is not charged for an online property tax and tourist development tax e-check payment (using a bank routing and account number). Moreover, a convenience fee is not charged when making a mail-in or walk-in payment with a regular check. A convenience fee is charged for all walk-in credit/debit card transactions.
