Driver's License Status & Transcripts

How can I check the status of my driver's licenses?

You can check the status of your Florida driver license by going to click here. Once there, just key in your driver license number, and check to see if your license is valid by clicking on "Driver License Check.

How can I get a copy of my driving record?

You may purchase your own driver record from any driver license office, the Bartow Service Center of the Polk County Tax Collector's Office, or the Polk County Clerk of Court. Individuals may only request and/or purchase their own driver license transcript and must present a valid form of identification with both a valid picture and signature. There is a $14.25 fee for an uncertified three-year history transcript and a $16.25 fee for a certified three or seven-year history transcript when purchased at a Tax Collector's Office. A driving history record may also be obtained online or by way of the U.S. Mail. To find out more, click here.
